Central Brooklyn CSA member Alisa Bruza is working with a farmer from Raindance Organic Farm near Cooperstown, NY, to start a buying club that would deliver organically, sustainably raised meat and cheese to subscribers in the Crown Heights area. The farm offers:
– aged 1 year raw milk “sun” cheese
– certified organic ground beef, steaks and sausages
– whey-fed, pastured pork
– and more
